the girl, who dreamed of being a princess in London
part 2

The following night, the children were already waiting for their father. And when he arrived, they shouted out loud: "We want to go to the country of chocolate and cheese." Then the father said: "When you listen in silence, I will tell you the tale of this country."
So the children, slipped under their blankets only showing their heads and the father began the tale.

Now Miguelito, the wonder mouse, did not have to become a whale because they only spent a lot of time on hills, near rivers and in forests. Very often, the mouse had to be fed with cheese.
Then suddenly, after some mountains, they saw a city. However, the houses were built of cheese and chocolate and there were clocks everywhere, because this was also the land of clocks.
The girl asked the first person she found, "Where can I find some food?" The person replied, "eat one of the houses!"
Having eaten enough, she asked one of the passers-by, "Why are there all these clocks everywhere?" "Punctuality is very important. We have no time to lose and we must get everywhere in time. Breakfast at six, not at five past 6, work from 8 to 12, lunch, work from 1 to 5, dinner at 7, then television and at 10 we go to bed. All this from Monday to Friday." The girl didn't dare to ask anything about the weekend, she could imagine. She was very sad, although these people were very friendly, she knew they would not have time to talk to her, believe in tales, princesses and wonderful mice. Therefore, he gave Miguelito some cheese to make him as big as a horse to take her to a fairy place.
The girl's eyes widened as they stood on the mountain and saw a castle surrounded by clouds. "How can we go there? Can you walk on the clouds?" asked the girl.
The girl was very sad and began to cry, because she knew that even her friend, the wonderful mouse Miguelito, could not fly. However, Miguelito was smart and when he saw his friend so sad and crying, he started to think, "How could I help her?" Then he had an idea. He screamed out loud because he knew that all the hungry eagles from the region would come. When he saw the first eagles arrive, he quickly jumped into the girl's pocket, so the eagles couldn't find him. The eagles were looking for him, but they could only see the girl crying. So they asked, "Why are you crying?" "I want to go to the castle, but I cannot walk on the clouds," said the girl. "We will help you," the eagles replied and formed a kind of bridge. That way, the girl could jump from eagle to eagle until she reached the castle.
When she arrived, she saw that the door was open. Then she entered. A large hall appeared in front of her eyes, with golden cabinets everywhere and rich paintings on the wall. A richly set table invited her to eat. Then she sat down, put Miguelito next to her at the table and they both ate with great hunger. When they had enough, she put the mouse back in her pocket and inspected the wonderful decoration of the hall. Diamonds, gold and silk, she had never seen so much wealth before. But where were all the people in the castle? Didn't anyone live there? She felt very lonely. And the more she saw of all that splendour, the sadder she got. Then a simple mirror caught her attention. She went closer. In that mirror, she could distinguish her family and friends. They were looking for her everywhere. Now she remembered that she hadn't told them she was going to have a great trip. She started to cry.
Suddenly she heard a voice from somewhere saying: "Jump in the mirror and it will take you wherever you want!" The girl did not hesitate for a moment and jumped into the mirror. There was wind and lightning around her, and suddenly she was in her garden, again surrounded by her family and friends.

But the children in their bed had not fallen asleep and asked her father to continue the tale.
